Bringing over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality, event strategy, and venue growth, Kelly is a seasoned professional in the industry. A graduate of the Rosen College of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Event Management in 2015, laying the foundation for a career defined by excellence and innovation.
After relocating to Miami in 2016, Kelly spent five years with The Ritz-Carlton, rising to Private Events Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, where she led high-profile social and corporate events. She later helped launch a London-based hospitality concept in Brickell, contributing to its success as a sought-after Miami destination. Kelly then joined Mr. Hospitality, overseeing events across all three venues and leading the Grand Opening of Queen Miami Beach in January 2023. Since then, she has continued to drive record-breaking sales while elevating the brand’s event portfolio
